Ali Celal Asiltürk graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Eskişehir Anatolia University in 1986.

Mr. Asiltürk worked at Bifer Madencilik A.Ş., and Istanbul Entegre Kireç Fabrikası in the years between 1986 and 2002. Then, he worked as a Specialist in the Hak-İş Konfederasyon, as the Secretary General of the Turkey Vakıflar Bank. He also has experience in the Ankara Büyükşehir Belediyesi as the General Manager of the BUGSAŞ.

He is Professional Business Partner, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Forte, Asilpet İnşaat Ltd. Şti. and MCM Savunma Sanayi Tic. Ltd. Şti.

Also, he is a member of the Board of Milli Gençlik Vakfı Mütevvelli Heyeti and Founding Member of the Cansuyu Yardımlaşma ve Dayanışma Derneği.

Ebubekir Balıkçı started his career in the IT sector as a Technical Specialist. Then, Mr. Balıkçı has continued his career as a Corporate Sales Manager within the Forte since 2008.

He took part in many projects in the public and private sectors during his 13 years with the Forte. He worked as Corporate Sales Manager, Purchasing and Sales Manager, and Public Sales Manager, respectively.

He is still working as the Public Business Development and Marketing Director of Forte. In addition to his work at Forte, he is also the Vice Chairman of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce Informatics Professional Committee.

He is also a Board Member of ELD Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. which is a completely domestic subsidiary of Forte.

Hasan Cengiz Bayrak completed his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering at Hacettepe University in 2003.

Following his graduation, Mr. Bayrak worked on the development of software within the scope of Logistics Information System/Management Information Systems and NATO Stock Number activities as an officer in the Turkish Army.

He worked as a Project Manager at YATEM between 2013 and 2014. Then, he worked as a Project Supervisor, Project Manager, and Military Projects Group Manager at HAVELSAN for four years.

In 2018, Mr.Bayrak founded his firm, ELD Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

He is still a member of the Board of Directors of Forte.

Ahmet Eroğlu was born in Osmaniye in 1967. Mr.Eroğlu graduated from Osmaniye Atatürk High School in 1984 and the Middle East Technical University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration in 1990./p>

He received a one-year banking and insurance training program at Ziraat Bank. After that, he worked as a Specialist in the Banking Services, Banking Cards, and Human Resources departments at the Ziraat Bank. He was appointed as the Prime Ministry Counselor in 1997.

He also served as a Deputy Advisor to The Grand National Assembly of Turkey between 1993 and 2002.

After resigning to stand as a candidate in the 2002 elections, he returned to Ziraat Bank in 2004. Later, he was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Kazakhstan Ziraat International Bank and became the General Manager of the same bank at the end of 2008.

In 2011, he was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Halk Sigorta.

He is also the Deputy Chairman of the Association of the Physically Handicapped of Turkey. He takes a role in the foundation and management of many associations.

He is married and has three children. He is the General President of Öz Finans İş Sendikası that he was the founding chairman in 2013. He speaks English, Russian, and Kazakh.

Hasan Sezer graduated from Gazi University, Department of Banking and Insurance (English) in 1982.

Mr. Sezer worked as an Inspector, Assistant Manager, and Branch Manager at Ziraat Bank. He also worked as Head of Department at the Capital Markets Directorate.

He was also the General Manager at Ziraat Yatırım A.Ş. and Halk Yatırım A.Ş.

He served as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Halk Bank from 2003 to 2010.

He assumed the duty of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vakıflar Bank between 2010 and 2011.

He served as the TMSF Presidential Advisor until 2013.

He was a member of the Board of Directors in companies subject to the CMB, such as Nuh Çimento, Panora GYO and Gübre Fabrikaları between 2013 and 2019.

He lectured at Hacı Bayram Veli University as a guest lecturer in the 2019-2020 period.

He still serves as an independent member of the Board of Directors at Forte.
