Hasan Cengiz Bayrak completed his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering at Hacettepe University in 2003.

Following his graduation, Mr. Bayrak worked on the development of software within the scope of Logistics Information System/Management Information Systems and NATO Stock Number activities as an officer in the Turkish Army.

He worked as a Project Manager at YATEM between 2013 and 2014. Then, he worked as a Project Supervisor, Project Manager, and Military Projects Group Manager at HAVELSAN for four years.

In 2018, Mr.Bayrak founded his firm, ELD Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

He is still a member of the Board of Directors of Forte.

Graduated with honors from Gazi University, Department of Business Administration, in 2005.

Between 2007 and 2012, worked at Alternatif Bank A.Ş. in the field of Corporate Banking, holding various positions, the last of which was Corporate Marketing Portfolio Manager.

In 2012, joined Özaltın Holding, one of Turkey's leading holdings known for exemplary infrastructure, superstructure, energy, agriculture, and tourism projects. Continued a career at Özaltın Holding as Assistant Finance Manager and Finance Manager until 2019.

Between 2019 and 2024, worked at ASELSAN, a company of the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation and ranked in the top 50 of the prestigious Defense News Top 100 list. Held the position of Senior Leader in the Treasury Department under the Financial Management Vice Presidency and worked as Senior Team Leader in the Process Management Department under the Supply Chain Management Vice Presidency.

As of January 6, 2025, started to work as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Forte.

Erkan Bulut, who completed his undergraduate education in Computer Engineering at Boğaziçi University in 1998, started to work as a software engineer for the Turkish Army. While his working life was continuing, he also completed his master's degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 2001.

After working on many software projects for the Turkish Army including data modeling, software development, integration, and database management, Mr. Bulut started to work as a Technical Project Manager at HAVELSAN Hava Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. During the period he worked at HAVELSAN, he took part in Logistics Information Systems and Management Information Systems projects, along with the planning and realization of the Product Development Process in accordance with CMMI-3 standards.

Since 2018, he has been working as the Technology Director at ELD Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which is subsidiary of Forte. He has been working within Forte since 2019.

Eray Çoruk, who completed his undergraduate education at Bilkent University's Department of International Relations in 2005, started his career as a project assistant in projects financed by the European Union at WYG International.

In 2007, he started working as a Sales Manager in Yapı Kredi Bank Cash Management and took part in the sales of projects related to cash management, payment systems, public tax collections, automation infrastructures and account transaction reconciliation services to corporate and commercial segment customers.

Eray Çoruk, who started working at Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. in 2013, started working as a Sales Manager with a customer focus in the Finance and Banking segment. In 2016, he added the Public segment to his customer portfolio and took part in the sales of mobile-fixed access services, data center hosting and important system integration projects, and continued his duty as Sales Manager as of 2020.

He has been working at Forte since 2.01.2024.

Selçuk Tanzi completed his undergraduate education at Ankara University, Department of Economics in 2003. Mr. Tanzi started his career in 1996 as a Data Processing Specialist at the Middle East Technical University College Information Processing Department.

In 1998, he started working for L&N Bilgisayar ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., where he did work for both the public sector and the defense sector. Later, he was appointed as Assistant General Manager in 2007.

He was a Sales Manager at Servus Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. in 2008, and he took the job as Sales Director in 2012. After leaving this position, he assumed the position of Sales Director at Teknoser Bilgisayar Teknik Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş.

Mr.Tanzi has been working at Forte since 2020.
