The purpose of this Policy is to determine the fundamental principles and approaches for Forte Bilgi to conduct its activities by taking into account environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions, and to integrate the sustainability approach into the corporate structure in line with the understanding of creating long-term value.

Scope:
This Policy covers:
- Members of the Board of Directors and the executive committee,
- Company employees,
- Stakeholders with whom the Company interacts within the scope of its activities,
and is applied across all areas of the Company’s activities.
Fundamental Principles:
Forte Bilgi addresses sustainability within the framework of:
- Considering environmental impacts and using resources efficiently,
- A sense of social responsibility toward employees, customers, and society,
- A governance approach based on ethical values, transparency, and accountability.
The Company adopts, as a fundamental principle, compliance with the applicable legislation and closely following relevant regulations while conducting its activities.
Environmental Approach:
Forte Bilgi attaches importance to practices that support energy and resource efficiency in order to reduce environmental impacts, and aims to implement, to the extent possible, measures for managing environmental risks that may arise from its activities.
Social Approach:
The Company aims to create a working environment that supports employees’ development and observes occupational health and safety and equal opportunity. In relations with stakeholders, it is essential to develop responsible and long-term collaborations based on mutual trust.
Governance Approach:
The sustainability approach is addressed in a manner compatible with the Company’s corporate governance principles. The Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the fundamental principles and practices related to sustainability and, within this scope, carries out the necessary guidance and evaluations.
Implementation and Monitoring:
The implementation and monitoring of this Policy are carried out by the relevant units and senior management. Sustainability practices are periodically reviewed by taking into account legislative requirements and the Company’s operating conditions.
Entry into Force:
This Policy enters into force on the date it is approved by the Board of Directors. The updating and revision of the Policy are under the authority of the Board of Directors.
